"Atbash" is actually weaker than Caesar - it is just another type of
monoalphabetic substitution. While the name applies to Hebrew letters the
Latin equivalent would be "replace A with Z, B with Y, etc", thus you could
call it the "Azby" code. Unlike Caesar no key is involved: the original
Caesar replaced A with D, B with E and so on, but one could change the
fixed offset.

The best known example in the Bible is in Jesaiah, where the prophet talks
about Babylon's towers and Sheshach's walls. Many scholars puzzled over
where or what Sheshach might be - turns out it is just "Babel" encoded in
"Atbash" (it works in the original Hebrew, though not in Greek or Latin).
