                       March 23--25, 1998, Paris, France

The fifth Fast Software Encryption workshop will be held from March 23
to March 25, 1998, in Paris, France. The workshop is organized by the
Ecole Normale Superieure, in co-operation with the International
Association for Cryptologic Research.

The workshop concentrates on the design and analysis of cryptographic
primitives such as block ciphers, stream ciphers, hash functions, MACs
and related concepts.

All information on program, registration and location can be found on
http://www.dmi.ens.fr/~vaudenay/fse5/

After the referying process, the following 20 submissions have been accepted.
