   I am quite new to this newsgroup, so bear with me.
I am going to be running a BBS in the Portland, OR area.  A nice 
feature to have would be an encoded password file.  I know UN*X uses a
method of one-way encoding.  Can this be reasonably reproduced on a micro?
I use a Tandy CoCo, w/ a 6809E.
