New cipher-system
1. When the original information is euciphered every bit is
treaded and redundancy of this information is absent
2. The amount of variants of eucipher may be so much great,
for example n=10**91
3. The quantity of encipher operations for 1 bit are <=22,
but decipher operations are <= 9 for case n=10**91
4. Ecodered file is deciphered in turn bit from the end of
the text.
This new cipher-system may be used for protection of
information from unauthorized access and for data
communications by communication chanels.
Relation by electronic mail.
