So you're saying, if someone pulls you out of a swimming pool because 
you're screaming of chest pains, and calls the ambulance, that you don't 
deserve to get treatment? Or if your neighbor finds you collapsed on 
your lawn, and you didn't carry your ID with you while mowing the lawn, 
you shouldn't get treatment? Is this the medical system you're hoping to 
have?
