There will soon be no America if the illegal flow of
uneducated low skilled people is not stopped.  The
America we have known will simply be an extension
of Mexico; an extension of land owners and the
politically powerful controlling a huge mass of
uneducated and totally hopeless slave labor.  To
where will these people migrate when they have
destroyed what is left of our country.  Malthus
didn't have the whole puzzle, but he saw a very
large part of the picture.

Any time you want to sign on to LVT and a
citizen's dividend that redistributes land rent
I will become supportive of open borders.
Until then we have the wealthy and the powerful
becoming more wealthy and powerful at the
expense of the middle class Americans.  With
excessive immigration, the illegal win, the
wealthy people win, and the middle class of
America is impoverished.

It is something like cutting the remaining old
growth forest:  What you have as a result
is a loss of old growth forest and not really
any improvement in anything.

to help them then help them to understand that
