Gypsies are educated by government in USA yet they are responsible for 
the majority
of asphalt roofing scams and other construction related scams with 
substandard materials....
They go on the road for months at a time constantly moving so they are 
hard to catch because
once reported they are generally in another area.
Whole trailer cities of them exist and reading up on their criminal 
exploits is some fascinating
reading. Their communities are based almost entirely on corrupt 
activities and trying to
say don't blame the group because of a few rotten apples doesn't apply 
here because they
are raised from birth to be this way
