Mechanical engineering. Product design and development. It's only a 
matter of time before there aren't any of these jobs left in the USA and 
I'll be forced to be come a project engineer. (IE makes a bunch of phone 
calls and trips to china or someplace else to yell at them for screwing up 
and asking if they are done yet)
