It is a group of old men very scared about a theme too big for them to
cover, so they prefer to let things go on and fall into
conventionalism. It is not their fault, not really, but they dont act
quickly.

Kidnapping was not accepted by the police. I think those messages were
for (ex) President Fox but these people believed I was in touch with
him. The quick message was delivered by a Fox looking man, it was
meant for him but it was tuned through me, so I get the message, then
nothing happened. It was the sense of **too much**: I was outputing
too much for somebody to assimilate. There was no communication, so
there was no responsible party but I and I was robbed. It was very
simple, a group of women and children and some young guys looking like
me who were threatened, in sum some 15 years of continuous theft,
hacking and phreaking, everybody else at least suspicious, or
guilty.

My email accounts are STILL intervened, it hasb een so since at least
2003, maybe since 2002, MAYBE since 2000 or before. Therefore I can
communicate, therefore disaster for everybody, I think all people who
were with me were put to hack and send messages someplace else, then
they would go to jail. I think it is the Mexican telephonists
syndicate who is giving them access as a friendship (compadrazgo)
favor. So all people who wanted to get in touch with me because of the
proclamation are falling in their hands and end changed, aka tortured.
They think their strategy is great! But they are creating an
unnecessary conflict, in fact, it is already (thirty) nine years of
continuous crime and no favorable solution to me.

One of the thieves I described as looking like a mushroom. I am
looking like a mushroom too, because I am wearing a parka. So that guy
was wearing a parka, it means the office I didnt know was not in
Mexico but in the UNited States. In the company that could send me to
work here, the same company I considered a trap as it was too good to
be true and at the right moment. So the banking system I suspect has a
backdoor would be a banking system in the USA, not in Mexico. The same
group of programmers who can be tracked to Japan. In fact, one of my
computers failed precisely when there was a possibility with a
Canadian company, the weeken before speaking with somebody. There are
traces of such company as having the code or partial system now in the
hands of some lawyers office, the one I was fighting since 2003 in an
organization which, INCIDENTALLY, couldnt contact me again with the
same counselor also when it was possible to achieve something.

They insisted it was a hallucinogen to bring in more than one
traditional form of abuse, but the substance they looked for is GABA,
which INCIDENTALLY is similar to ACETAMINOFEN. All people in my social
circle used it! It includes Lu is, all manners of Lu is es and
Belindas and relatives. Traditionally such substance would be acquired
through cannibalism, so as a rule of thumb all of us were treated as
if we were cannibals without further investigation, that is, as
assumed murderers! Which would be true normally of people above, say,
fifty, but not necessarily true of younger generations. Those guys,
the Var gas (O), discovered it in my apartment and decided to
overmedicate me. The rationale is simple: he died of overdose:
poisoning, and they keep the copmuter and code, ten years of code. It
was counterproductive for them! The fact is that I __DID__ escape
them  with the computer and guitars til the moment my hard drive was
stolen by the police; I mean three years of escaping them. It happened
when I was about to leave my apartment, in Veracruz, then in Texas
(stronger doses) and finally in LA. What s more, I think that one Lu
was already a homeless in NYC and knew of it, so all homeless, the
ones in the shalter ad hoc prepared for me for the moment I could jump
to NYC, were ALSO given it, at the same time getting my name wrong. It
looks like it was the UN missions who got the name wrong, particularly
the Japanese mission.

According to the pattern followed by my grandfather s life and
prepared for me, currently I am in a war (which will be known as Third
World War), in the cold, where I am supposed to meet a Japanese, have
a child with her then go to Japan, have the wife substituted by,
maybe, a Chinese (preferably a daughter, second Sterens algorithm),
then slowly turned into a happy whistler with some changed children...
a eugenesic scheme meant to maintain some human types unchanged AND to
create what in Mexico is known as the Bronze Race, the COSMIC race,
(which is in essence a go back to animality by erasing all diversity
from the species). No freedom in it.
