It means, in people of its Left alone, such brain wihout external input, no corporal input, develops morbid thoughts centered on self termination then transmitted to other members of its cline and people atuned to it. This would be the origin and reason for some forms of depression and suicide. Futility in the transmitter leads to suicidal behaviours in people affected at a distance by that stream of thought. All people in the cline end in self destructive behaviours! So the of bad luck running in streaks in families can be followed back to such damaged brains in comma, narcolepsies, also narcotics (heroine and opium) addictions, autisms and in some cases mental retardation or sensory deprivation would have the same effect when conscious thought is brought down to the level of dreams. Of course at any point in time there will be several feedback cycles, depressive feelings coming and going from different sources but having an anchor in the effect of transmission by comatose brains. FInding the transmitter and turning it off would be no guarantee of **cure**, but leaving it on would indeed affect the behaviour of people in its cline in negative ways eventually, as long as it enjoys telepatic transmission abilities. Paradoxically, these may would tend to increase the more that brain remains in comma, particularly if some positive external input provides positive reinforcement. Note that for very tuned relatives the stream of consciousness emanating from such brain can reach the point of substituting the stream of consciousness of the tuned person or approach that point. This would effectively disable the the affected relative, particularly if its schizophrenia (reception plus reaction) is such that there is no possibility to exercise transmissions. Knowing this would act in itself as a form of therapy! Knowing that some continuous, self related (cline) input has its origin in a brain left to itself over a long period of time would brake the illusion of being self generated thought, giving some chances to act contrary to what the stream of consciousness _suggests_.
