The Sterens algorithm is an alternating domination scheme. For the
central figure, all children are separated and ideally nonexistent.
The upper generation is on the top of the (social) level to be
alternated. Real children are then turned into mafia, the rationale
being that the father needs to have a mafia to be dominant. The
central figure therefore is given a liability. It is the foster
children s cline (social, genetic group) the one that will replace the
upper dominant figure once it leaves its place (democracy, old age).
The rightful heirs are by then a mafia, so the whole group is **sent
to the afterlife**, the new group having support from the totality of
the population as they didnt engage in any criminal activity... Any
contest of position is answered with perfection! Perfection according
to ritual chirch derived laws, also a form of stasis but at a higher
level of utility (chaste system). The central figure is wasted and
victim of criminality, being also the producer of value.

(This mechanism is being perturbed by technology, so these threads are
a new development and not considered by the technology...).
