An application for this algebra

Lets define a (concurrent) algebra G over all chains of words G:(W,H +

n of chains occurring simultaneously. For two simulatneous chains
w1w2w3...

we can define operators in general as:

This algebra expresses telepathic and freudian slips. Operation + is
the typical freudian slip, where a word is misspelled giving a new
meaning to the whole phrase, that is, some intended word by the
speaker is substituted by a word heard consciously or unconsciously in
the hidden channel; this is the typical slip characterized by
freud ...

Now consider operation +, slips, as being caused by the interference
of a carrier field on surrounding receptive brains. Those brains are
partially insulated, the signal interferes but is not heard, yet
affecting the generation of words. FOr the carrier field the person
slipping will be incomprehensible! Or almost incomprehensible. To the
point that the carrier field brain may suffer several delusion or
rationalization in detriment of the person slipping. A common one is
to think the person slipping is sick to the point of brain damage.
This is one source of mass murder: the signal emitted by the carrier
is so strong that ALL PEOPLE SLIP in his presence! Then he has the
**permision** to kill them as they are all brain damaged and cant
speak comprehensibly... Women would be spared, giving raise to
medieval dungeons and other private jails. It also justifies
armageddonists and end-of-the-times fantasies and rationalizations,
where all people are perturbed but the carrier telepath _knows_ he is
rational and sane. The converse is also present: the person slipping
knows it happens to him only with some people approach. They may be
considered mages or devils or extraterrestrials, giving rise to serial
murder and human experimentation and other abuses. That these slip
phenomenon can be linked to the person hearing voices outside his head
as yells or shouts (psychics), initiates a social dynamic were all
people with such fields are executed (dictatorships, night of the
huguenots, genocides) and the perturbed serial murderer or assassin
finishes once all those people are dead or go away. Mass murderers
turn serial murderers turn murderers as _their_ own carrier fields
stops affecting other people or himself in interaction. The police
would tend to NOT ACT in the first stages but til the mass murderer
turns himself into a simple murderer. Note that in the first stages,
assuming a decreasing carrier field signal dynamic, ALL PEOPLE
approaching the berserk turn into victims, so it is difficult to even
realize the event! Even policemen may end up as victims, depending on
how berserk or well established is the carrier of the interfering
signal. On the other hand people who suffer the slip would also fall
into desperation and would muder those with strong signals, BUT, they
would be sustained by other people suffering the slip! Lynching,
(Fuenteovejuna), mafia bonds would be sustained by this dynamic and,
again, the police would be biased to support the killer as they
themselves would be subject to the slip!

More than one interaction of the kind can explain social dynamics and
personal mental diseases in several combinations, depending on the
different kinds of telepathic-schizophrenic phenomena, if slip is
combined with hearing voices outside or inside the head, if aural
signals are totally overcome by the signal ( _ operator), the strength
of the fields, etc. leading to very standard rationalizations and
behaviours, including suicide. These effects may even depend on more
than two individuals interacting with a third one, they can be
layered, they can be more or less permanent or fleeting, may be
modified at a distance... etc. Note that mental retardation (moronity)
may bounce so many signals that a famous carrier field person
producing a strong signal may end up producing an equally string
signal as the sum of signals bouncing on that brain still anchored by
self concept. It means that some brutalities and some motivations for
bioterrorism rooted in this idea wont work! Also note that  face
pattern matching is important for telepathic schizophrenic recognition
of signals, so the idea of changing faces, in itself a schizophrenic
phenomenon, may seem natural as a cure, that is, changing the face of
the affected person would cure schizophrenia, even if temporarily.
Fact is distorting mirrors would be more effective! One reason why
houses of mirrors were common in the Preciosist era and considered a
luxury. The individual would not know himself, so would not anchor
incoming signals including physical appearance, that is, would not
hear those voices. This would also be the reason for portraits being
inaccurate or even misleading. The royal person would get used to
think of himself as the person in the portrait, generating a double
entendre in signals for receptive brains, in a way effectively
insulating from telepathic communications, as they would be anchored
by the portraited person if that person is sensitive enough...

Note that a combination of chemicals and electronics would be the best
solution for this communication problematics, in which the solution
would be a strategy, distributing cehmicals and electronic components
according to the social dynamic in the relevant group.

These ideas are very important: a very strong field WILL consider
everybody approaching sick, except, perhaps, those who also generate a
strong field. They two would communicate normally, while the rest of
the people would seem to slip of have their speech overcome in the
ears of the carrier field or other observers. Note that all people may
be totally rational and sensible, but as a group become perturbed.
There is no guarantee that either one can be **cured** just by taking
away people or bringing other people nearby, though the more time they
remain as a group the bigger the chance a semantic gap delusion with
internal clasp forms, leading to classical psychosis difficult to cure
but which will remain in standby for the next time the same social
conditions are met again. That normal people (see the definition of
normality) will be misunderstood by some carrier fields or
underintelligent people makes these concept all the more important as
he basis for a sound public policy for schizophrenia, telepathy and
psychosis.

I went to the city council but found little effective way., I was
given a phone number, but without these discussions their help would
be impossible to obtain; instead, I found several people in the clines
relevant to me.  Will keep asking for help in the council, given that
the police corporation is not well prepared to handle these phenomena.
