The so dreaded narco revenges are now clarified. The accuser is hunted
and fed to the accused. Then the accused becomes clean and cant be
accused as the accuser disappears without trace. Now narcos have a
different incrimination on the accused. This is a fundamentalist
automatic mechanism, accusation is proof of crime or consequences are
everlasting. Then the police has to take care (in both senses...) of
people using drugs. Narco establishes a tight hard closure, all people
aware of it have to belong to it and not speak (silence vow), the
police has to be aware and sell drugs for safety of all or canibalism
becomes widespread, narco has to be illegal to that effect, the
fundamentalist prohibition of intoxication ensures the participation
of the police, the police can then use narco as control by
incrimination by allowing it, the incrimination can be used later to
steal from the accused, stealing refundaments the **bad** effects of
intoxication.

This prohibition and its fundamentalism paradoxically make narco a
growing phenomenon, as people near a user will have to become users
lest they accuse and then be cannibalized. Becoming a member of narco
(to some observers) is a necessaty of safety, as then they cant accuse
(throw the first stone). Yet the fundamentalist cleansing is always in
effect, reducing the number of (life) non users. In a free system, the
end result would be a group of cleansed cannibals, all of them
previous users, beginning with a non user population and one user. In
an extreme solution only one user remains, the original one,
surrounded by fundamentalist cleansers (police, fanatics, clergy,
criminals), who would be the dealers providing the substances, the
rest of the population being cannibalized by the user with the help of
enforcers. This steady state is also possible without exhausting a
population by performing a partition from the point of view of the
user, people who know the accused user. In practical terms this
solution can only be reached without exhausting a population by
keeping the accused isolated: jail, or in antiquity s terms, in the
desert (Gethsemani), or by defamation, or by stigma (disease,
reputation). Jail is then again a supporting tool to the prohibition
of intoxication. Note that this is a genocide mechanism and a wealth
accumulation scheme, by accusing one person of substance use and
applying fundamentalist fanatism, enforcers (and dealers) have a drive
to disappear a (subset of a) population and keep their wealth, which
makes for the economic popularity of narco, without considering that,
because of fundamentalist foundations, it will eventually be forced,
even by against narco enforcers, into narcosatanism, FURTHER turning
it into a NECESSARY prohibition in ideologies supposedly promoting the
**GOOD** for people.

This mechanism will affect normal people in schizophrenic terms! For
schizophrenics, the assumption here is that using drugs makes people
deaf to telepathy. For a life long schizophrenic it is either be
schizophrenic or a deaf user (of some drug or substance). Then they
set tests. Since they are aware of several realities, that is,
information about facts and the meaning they give to them (semantic
gap), they have to find who is DEAF through tests, and these have to
be compelling or the deaf person will fall prey of some (imaginary)
danger...  These schizophrenics turn a cyst, both protectors and
entrampers. At some point these tests become mafia style, so further
incriminations (excuses) can be attached to the non hearer, normal
person, who will miss the chance to stop several crimes or by non
action becomes laterally incriminated in the crime. This is of course
a very partial deduction, as deaf people may become aware of crimes
(tests), several ways, not necessarily the way the schizophrenic will
takes as being THE test.
