Marcelo Ebrard was chief of police in DF and now has the regency. He
studied in the same college some of my friends did, international
relationships. He must have information about the people I am worried
about and those who were here in NYC, also about ghamac.org and my
whole case. In fact, he does look like one of the characters in UIA
who knew of me. He must be aware of who got and posted those
photographs, who are the schizophrenic torturers, who are those
thieves, where is my hard drive, who hacked me and etc. I sent a
general email today, I dont have a direct directory of emails... it
was not easy to find the name.

A strong enough, base, homogeneous carrying field can carry signals
not only from human brains but from devices too. A human field would
provide the addressing encodings to locate particular individuals and
transmit _to_ and _through_ them the signal to activate devises like
cell phones, magnetic keylocks, etc. That the field has to be basic is
necessary to avoid garbling the external signal. This kind of basic
signals would be achieved by brains working at the, most basal level,
that is, brains damaged by diseases and other traumas, autist brains,
mentally retarded people, and also very ignorant people and miserable
people operating at the minimum level of human intelligence necessary
to survive.

Note that the tp, c model establishes a scalable, homogeneous model of
social interaction. It can take effect at a very local level and at a
global, societal level.
