However, those who have drawn welfare for the past 40 years should be ordered to pay back what they actually stole from the rest of us, with interest. If they fail to keep to a repayment schedule, they should be moved to labor camps to work off their debt. Say, after 5 years of a repayment plan. If after an additional 5 years they have not caught up, are slacking, are acting like inner city negro welfare mutants, harvest their usable organs, sell them to the highest world bidders, and send the rest up the chimneys. The negro problem in America would be solved within a generation. By the way, Haiti is successfully solving _its_ negro problem. Voodoo, cannibalism, plague, and negroes killing negroes works well to solve this kind of negro problem. In 20 years the part of the island that is negroid will be devoid of most of the negroes, and then Haiti can be redeveloped by others. --Tim May
