ROTFL!!  How do you think the people who buy and sell vacant lots come
up with prices for them, hmmmm?

The fact is, you are just flat wrong.  Like any kind of measurement,
real estate appraisal has some level of uncertainty or error
(typically a few percent), but the existence of a similar level of
error doesn't stop you from appreciating measurements like 36-24-36,
does it?
