Because I sent it to El Barzon, after visiting Mexico`s universities as I did in the US and UK and other countries. But it seems the criminal group that wants to plagiarize my work has been sending letters or mails telling people to stop paying rent, which if the article is read completely is nowhere to be found as a proposal. So much for freedom of expression. But is the net in the US or where is it? Which rules apply? Shouldn`t rule those that grant maximum protection and liberty? I invoke the 1st ammendment. Mexico doesn`t want to recognize the products of my mind to protect her thieves, nor give me an opportunity to keep creating and developing my ideas. I may have been poisoned with radiactivity in the shelter I am staying in.
