It was the most disgusting job I have ever held. Among the more choice renters were: The guy who would lie in bed and shoot at flies on the ceiling with his 9mm Browning (he was proud of his accuracy and his shooter; the cops were not so impressed). The sunlight streaming through all the bullet holes in the ceiling and roof made for interesting effects. The family that kept a rather large dog in one bedroom at all times. Step 1: Carry out about 300lb of dog crap. Step 2: Replace the whole floor. I replaced lots of pissed on floors that were totally rotted out from all the piss. I guess the IQ of the average renter is below that required to hit the toilet. Tell me how wonderful renters are. -- Jim Pennino Remove -spam-sux to reply.
