Amitai Etzioni is currently a professor at George Washington University. He is
a leader in the new communitarian movement, and is the editor-in-chief of the
journal "The Responsive Community", which is the main journal of communitarian-
ism. He also serves on the board of the American Alliance for Rights and
Responsibilities.

For an excellent introduction to communitarians, check out his article, "The
Communitarian Platform," in the magazine "The New Democrat", published by the
Democratic Leadership Council. The DLC can be reached at (202) 546-0007.

Just out of curiosity, is anyone else out there exploring communitarianism?
If you are, I'd like to hear from you.
