1) news.announce.conferences
2) Each of the above has a respective news group.
	The exercise for the reader is determine the file and lines of the
	news.group and get there.
3) Read available FAQs and posts first before posting.
4) Seek out conventional journals like ACM journals, why even the IEEE has
a document just devoted to listing conferences in the IEEE (the TAG).
Look toward the back for the Calendar of events.
