A Technical Support Office for the JEdI CD ROM software has been opened at the University of Maryland. If you are using CD ROM software in science and need assistance, feel free to contact us for help. This effort is being funded by a 3 year NSF grant. While I am in the process of hiring a staff, we have great ambitions. If you use the JEdI software, please send me an email message. We will begin publishing the newsletter in October but we don't know who all the users are. Most JEdI disks are sent to (a) central school district supply offices, (b) university accounting offices, and (c) computer resellers. If we don't know who you are, we can't communicate!
