I'm interested in finding out about a TV/NEWS segment on something
like 20/20 that was about a factory (car assemble?) where most of the
workers helped at a local elem. school ?

To me it sounds like one hell of a great idea.

The show in question was indeed 20/20. It was a great segment.
Workers from a factory "adopted" a school, and the workers spend time
with the students. I think the show was on only a month or so ago. Sorry,
but I can't remember the exact date.
