Burly good looking? Sounds like you "do" have a preference in cops! They don't use those things unless you asked for it. Disobey a cop and they will use that or mace. That is their first line of defense since they're not allowed to just shoot "ass holes". As another poster said - most likely you refused to obey. GOOD FOR YA. IF you even remotely think of getting even with them, the next time they shoot, could bury your ass...... Oh well!!!!!!!!!!
