I have a design that requires the detection of moisture/humidity.  The 
sensitivity required has not yet been determined.  Is there such a device or 
component that does this that has a sensitivity setting capability.  The 
presence, or absence, of moisture will be decoded by some electronic or 
mechanical device as needed.  Cost is a major concern.  Any ideas would be 
great!..
