The freeware version is great for the hobbyist - and it runs under Linux and Win32 (and there is a DOS one too I think). The libraries are very comprehensive, the autorouter isn't too bad. The only restriction in the freeware version is board size and maximum of 2 layers (the schematic package is unlimited). Plus it does a nice EPS export for inclusion in one's LaTeX documents (such as Theses :-) - Daniel -- ****************************************************************************** * Daniel Franklin - Postgraduate student in Electrical Engineering * University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia * d.franklin@ieee.org ******************************************************************************
