I have made a couple changes to the Index page in hopes of making it
easier to use:

1. I got rid of the individual letter graphics so the page will load
faster. Bear in mind, all 675+ links are on one page so it still takes a
while to load.

2. When you go to a manufacturers' page from a link on my Index page, a
new broswer window will open. Hence, you will not have to reload the
Index page by hitting the back button. If this feature doesn't work for
you, please let me know.
