Trying to identify a UV tube

Hello all,

I have recently pulled apart in effort to repair a photoreactor. Inside is
a high intensity UV tube, very similar in appearance and identical in
operation to a florescent tube. This tube lacks any coating.

Apart from the warning the only identifier is the code "P5V". It is about 5
feet long and smaller diameter than "standard tubes" of about 1/2 inch.

If anyone can aid me in my goal to find a) who makes it and b) its emission
spectra it would be appreciated.

Cheers

Mike
