SCSI Device Information

Hello, Folks:

I have this idea rattling around in my head that, in part, needs a
fairly high data transfer rate to an external device.

It seems, at least on the surface and at first glance, that SCSI may
just be the way to go with this...

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find some details on how
one would design a device that would connect to the SCSI bus for data
transfers?

Thanks!
