Thanks Spehro.

Actually the info. is given in the spec section in the
data sheet (I have now discovered!) but the current
download of the sheet the spec for the 508/509 gives
no characteristic for this parameter in the column.
However the spec. for the 508A/509A does give
a description (albeit not a very clear one). However
it seems to be parameter D022 and should be added
to the sleep mode current. The value of this current
is (typical) 2u2 which sounds pretty low for a
watchdog oscillator - but we shall see :)
