Skin depth is proportional to the reciprocal of the square root of the
product of frequency and resistivity (and permeability and permitivity
of the material).  I have a text book example of the calculation for
copper at 30 GHz that comes out to .38 um, so you can use that and
scale by reciprocal square root for other frequencies and resistivity
(assuming that both copper and your resistive material have
permeabilities and permitivities near that of vacuum).
