The user Phil Dragoman (Road Runner) is commiting net-abuse again and
infringing the Acceptable Use Policy for AT&T Road Runner Newsgroups.

He keeps sending libellous, sexual, offensive and racist Usenet posts.

Please find enclosed his last offensive posts (these posts are about
fucking the mother and father of Spanish citizens, and he use to employ
terms like: whore mother, asshole, bitch, fuck, etc. This is a sample of his
Usenet post using Road Runner:

and to the Spanish Authorities.

Please, take the proper action against this deranged user, he use to call
himself a "former politician" in his posts to Usenet.
