PAL programming software with truth table input capability.

I wish to use a PAL to replace several decoder chips that map a 128K by 8
RAM into 16K segments. There are futher complications that mean that a
specification of the hardware is best done by a truth table.
PALASM only handles boolean equation and state machine inputs.
Is there any other public domain software that converts a truth table
(with don't care inputs) into a PAL fuse plot ?

Thanks,

Henry Bruce.
