I am looking for specs. on infrared laser diodes, about 820nm with
approx. 20mw output, which are capable of being modulated at
10 to 20 megabits/sec.

I believe a US firm called III-V (roman numerals 3-5) [formerly (a
division of) Fairchild semiconductor???] has a range of these devices.

I need details to enable me to contact manufacturers of such devices, ie
mail address, phone or fax numbers.
