I am looking for 20-pin DIP 4Mbit (1Mx4) 80ns DRAMs. I don't know whether they're rare or whether I'm looking in the wrong places, but only one catalog I've looked in lists it and that supplier doesn't even have it in stock. Does anyone know of a supplier that has this chip with 90%+ certainty? Thanks, Tony Le wizard@athena.mit.edu O-----------------------------------------------------------------------------O | | | "I will love you," she told me, "until the mountain crumbles into the sea." | | | | The next day, Krakatoa erupted. | | | O-----------------------------------------------------------------------------O
