DRAM pricing and quality

As there is a serious shortage of 256kx4-120ns DRAMs here in
Toronto, I phoned up a number of California distributors for their
pricing and availability.

From four companies I got the following prices:

	100ns: $38 (Oki, Toshiba)
		$34.75 (Fujitsu, Mitsubishi)
		$25.00 (?)
		$19.50 (Oki)

	120ns:	$32.00 (Oki, Toshiba)
		$34.75 (Fujitsu)
		$33.00 (Fujitsu)

My question is: how reliable are Oki DRAMs? I am very wary of
the $19.50 for the 100ns OKIs, but the price is very inticing.
