60 Hz CGA 2 50 Hz monitor????

I have a *little* problem because my monitor wants 50 Hz vsync and my
graphics card sends 60 Hz| I wonder if somebody knew a easy and cheap
way to make them work together ? Some little modifications inside the
monitor etc. ?????
