My wife will be going to grad school in Electrical Engineering
at USC next year. To help her out, I'd like to solicit comments
and advice from former & current USC undergrads, grads, faculty
etc---or any one else who wants to put forth an opinion.

Any advice about surviving at USC is welcome, as are USC anecdotes
and case histories. Particularly helpful would be comments
on who to avoid/seek out as teachers and advisers, and what are
the strengths and weaknesses of their department.
