FP Camcorder Image Board Source?

Does anyone know the source of the small PC board in the Fischer-Price
kiddie Camcorder? It contains all the optical components and looks like it
probably has a 4-bit bus coming from it and is maybe 2.5" square. It is
manufacturered in a different manner than the main PCB and has no
identification markings so it looks like a model FP purchased separately.
I'd bet the same thing is used in the Lionel train camera and is available
somehow somewhere. It sure would make a dandy sensor for certain things...
easy to interface... cheap...

Thanks!
