Hey wait a minute.  Mr. Ho sold me a book I have been trying to
get a copy of for 20 years (out of print since 1960).  He had a lot
of other good books on his list that should be of great interest
to readers of this group (maybe the technical competence of this group
would rise if everyone bought a book from Mr. Ho.)  (How many posts a day
are questions like "please give me pointers to books about <insert
topic here> ? )   Mr. Ho promptly acknowledged my order and sent the
book promptly after getting my check.  He went out of his way packaging
the book to make it postal-worker proof so it arrived in mint condition.
I look forward to Mr. Ho's latest list for more gems like the book mentioned above.
