Bob,

	To ensure the camcorder working properly, why dont you just send
	them a tape from a "Borrowed" camcorder here in the US. I dont
	think its going to work. The reason is we are NTSC standard which
	is 60HZ (30 frames/sec scan) with 525 lines. Argentina uses 
	PAL which is 50HZ (25 frames/sec scan) with 625 lines. I might
	be wrong but your SAFEST bet is to send a tape. If they can watch
	it, sure, send em a camcorder! You COULD always get a PAL special
	order camcorder here and send it to em. Check with various Electron
	places that do exporting...
