Sometime in December someone was debugging a RE Universal Descrambler and had problems getting it to lock up because of problems in the design of the circuitry around the PLL chip. Could whoever posted this message send me the mods that were suggested, they have already been purged off of our bboards here... Bill wm1a+@andrew.cmu.edu
