Since I heard TextGrabber announcement from Electronics Now magazine, I
am looking for the manual that providing programming characters like
colors, positions, italics, scrolling, etc. Where can I get a manual
or machine-readable file? I need the manual to decode characters from
Textgrabber in raw mode, and superimpose captions on video capture
screen, etc. If so, I will appericate that. Thank you!!!

It's in the FCC regulations. 47 CFR 15.119

Translated into realspeak. That's a book titled Code of Federal
Regulations Title 47, parts 0 to 19. Check at a US Government
bookstore or any large library.
