Hi All, We're looking for information on how to make sugar sticks. These are lollipop type sticks which have sugar crystallised on one end. The user then stirs their coffee/tea with the stick and sugar dissolves off into the drink. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks Wayne

The sugar should recrystalize around the stick. You might be able to initiate the recrystallization process by first dipping the stick into granulated sugar and then dipping it into the hot solution.
