It's published in Mathematics of control, signals and systems (1989), 2. The stinker is my uni lib does not have the publication, and neither do the libs within the region. So the next best thing they have to offer is a lengthy repographic search request .. Can anyone help, like getting in touch with the author thru the internet ? Rgds, K.O.Looi NUS, S'pore
