I recommend you to use simulink (simulab).

ACSL is a simulation language. It runs on workstations.

Simulink is an easy to use software built on X windows. You may learn
and be expert of using it in a short time. It can be run on workstations,
PC, and Mac. In addition, it conducts live simulations that display
your result during the simulation. You may change your model parameters
and see the result immediately. The function of the simulink can be
extended by using C, FORTRAN and matlab M-files.
