Arena Solutions has an immediate opening for a Senior PLM Consultant
in our Professional Services Department. As project lead on Arena PLM
implementations, you will serve as the company's primary liaison with
customers and oversee the activities of a multidisciplinary PLM team.
Your team will be responsible for assessing customers' business
processes and developing plans to ensure a maximum return from Arena
PLM. You will have hands-on responsibility for business process
assessment, implementation plans, project management, customer
training, system configuration, and documentation.

Responsibilities:
* In close consultation with Arena's customers, establish PLM success
metrics and assess and optimize business processes.
* Manage customer engagements, including project management, and
coordination of third parties.
* Work closely with sales and marketing in preparing pre-sales
material, meeting with prospective customers, and identifying
additional opportunities.
* Prepare written materials, including user guides, technical notes,
implementation documentation, and training material.
* Work closely with customer support and engineering to maximize
customer satisfaction.
* Become an expert level user of the Arena PLM application.

Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain business
processes required.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Executive presence and ability to deliver effective presentations
and demonstrations to an executive audience.
* Ability to perform root cause analysis, demonstrate critical
thinking, and solve problems in ambiguous situations.
* Excellent written skills.
* BS/BA degree required.
* High energy and a self-starter attitude.
* 5+ years of experience in industry.
* Prior experience in a consulting or professional services role is
required.
*  Willing to travel.
