US-TX-Dallas-Safety Manager Salary: to $70K Education: BS Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related. Certification: ASP/CSP desired Experience: 7+ years manufacturing. HVAC equipment manufacturer seeks experienced Safety Manager to work in its Texas headquarters. Responsibilities include: - Develop safety policies and programs for the retail division nationwide. - Implement division programs to improve compliance with company policy and OSHA regulatory requirements. - Monitor and administer fleet safety for the division - Audit division programs and implement corrective measures. Successful candidate will have minimum 7 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the construction industry. BS degree in occupational safety, Industrial Hygiene or related discipline, comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards and strong risk management background. Should be an experienced safety trainer. Must work well with all levels of employees. 50% travel required.
