Welcome to the real world of engineering. Very few of the
companies that I have worked for or have come into contact with have
good engineering managements.
In fact, if anyone out there does work for a well-managed company I
would like to hear about it. What are the characteristics of a
well-managed company? Why do you think your company is well-managed?
Any takers?

Regards, Dan
