Hi netters,
I need information about Canadian universities or univ.(s)
in the States that offer Ocean Engineering program .
My background is civil (structure). I am doing master now
(hopefully, i can finish sometime in February 93) and I
want to continue my study to get PhD. I do not know where
I should go. Any suggestions or comments ?
