   Hi Mike,
   
   You've probably got some extra stuff in the par file that confuses
Mandella. Try deleting everything but the parameters. If it still doesn't
work email me a copy of the file and I'll find out what the problem is.

   I did some work on the par file support for version 8.2 (uploaded not
too long ago). The changes make par files much easier to deal with. For
example, when a par file is opened the user is presented with a scrolling
list so he can choose the one he wants to use. Then the Next File command
changes to Next Preset so the user can get the next fractal with one
keystroke. Also, a comment enclosed in braces is allowed at the beginning
of the file. (I'll change this in the next version. Apparently Fractint
treats any line starting with a semi-colon as a comment, so I'll use
that instead).
